That is correct. Here is the description:

    How not to write a billing system

    Between 2010 and 2012 Rik Signes and I wrote Moonpig, an
    innovative billing system, which I will not tell you about,
    because nobody is interested in hearing about a billing system.
    But we made a number of unusual design decisions that *are*
    interesting because they go against conventional practice, and may
    be applicable to other large projects.  I'll explain how each of
    these decisions was rooted in our dislike of current practice, and
    how we avoided a number of pitfalls that current software practice
    commonly leads you to.
