TimeDate-1.08 documentation/code mismatch

Noticed a small mismatch in the New Year in Date::Format of
TimeDate-1.08.  The code for %d and %e seem mismatch the documentation
for them.  

             %d      numeric day of the month
             %e      DD

Looking at the use in the other code such as for %D (MM/DD/YY), which
is implimented via %d, I guess the documentation is the one that is
off as the rest of the code is consistent.
